Full Day Courses: Sign-in is at 7:50am. Classes start at 8:00am sharp and continue until 5:00pm or when material is completed. There are several breaks throughout the sessions with a 1-hour lunch at around noon.

2-hour Seminars: Sign-in is at 1:45pm. Classes start at 2:00pm sharp and continue until 4:00pm.

MAG-20 - Armed Citizens' Rules of Engagement

Course Description:
A two-day, 20-hour immersion course in rules of engagement for armed law-abiding private citizens, emphasizing legal issues, tactical issues, and aftermath management. Topics will include interacting with suspects, witnesses, responding police officers, threat recognition and mind-set, management of social and psychological aftermath after having had to use lethal force in defense of self or others and preparing beforehand for legal repercussions and minimizing exposure to them. Situations in the home, at the place of business, or "on the street" will all be covered.

Brief Course Description:

This hands-on seminar teaches the basic use of the Kubotan or "keychain stick" and other related defensive items for self-defense purposes. The material focuses on defense and escape maneuvers; it does not cover containment techniques.

Brief Course Description:

The knife is the most common weapon used in crime. Yet attacks are not just with knives, but with a wide variety of edged weapons: screw driver, syringe, broken bottle, a shard of glass, a shank in a custody environment, and anything else that can cut or stab.

This 2-hour seminar introduces students to defensive techniques that can reduce injury and increase chances of survival against an edged-weapon attack.
